I've been playing this game for about a week now, and it's such a gem I just have to sing the praises here in the forums. I was already sold on it thanks to the coverage by Josh at WiiFolder; Corbie's review is the icing on the cake.
Namco is in excellent form with little fun details like the enemy encyclopedia comments on all the various enemies and the Munchable decorations you can earn by finding acorns. It's not the hardest game in the world, but it is lots of fun to play and has a great arcade feel to it; kind of like an open world Pac-Man game. The fact that it's available at a budget price (play.com has it for £14.99) makes it a must buy in my book (I'm wondering how RooGoo Twisted Towers can justify a £24.99 price tag!).
Anyone else get this great game yet (I sold Zane on it, so hopefully he's tucked in by now)?
I'm more than occupied now and for Christmas, and with this economy I have to chose my games more wisely (ones that have at least 15 hours or a lot of replay value). Still, it's on my watch list.
I would probably have bought it at release had it been 30€ here instead of 40€ (10€ less than a full AAA Wii game) considering it's a 30$ game in the US.
