And it's pretty awesome. My only problem was when I was trying to enter my initials for the High Score. I wasn't pressing anything and the letter select cursor was moving...

lol. I just got it 25 minutes ago and Beat it. It seemed a ripoff to me.

Short game. I could have told you that. It was good back in the day when it seemed flashy. Now not so much.

Plain old gamer :)

Well yeah. That's true. I was comparing it to Starfox. I wish they will release that already.

I suppose having infinite credits would make it easy, but it is really easy to lose lives. I can see how big a challenge it must have been in the arcades (as well as how many quarters it must have raked in).

Yeah. Woops! Hit a tree. Where's my quarter. lol. jk

Yeah, it's pretty tough. I like it thus far though.

That's because you don't have the nunchuck plugged in. For whatever reason despite having a wiimote-only mode, the analogue controller is required to input high scores. Your best bet is the Classic Controller: you get the d-pad for good control and the left stick for name entry.

The game isn't bad, but I'd take Blaster over Space Harrier any day of the week.

Yeah I surprised to read someone saying it's too easy but it will be with infinite credits - I forgot I used to play this on Shenmue and couldn't put too much money in the machine as I needed to save it all for toy capsules.

Try playing it with limited credits - such as five. That's what I always do with emulated arcade games - see how far you can get each time with just five credits. Hell when I play Street Fighter games I don't allow myself any continues - I try to finish it without using any and it makes it much more fun.
