@Kizzi: You can't get to Ikana Canyon until you have 3 items:

1. Epona (at Romani Ranch)
2. Garo's Mask (Win from Gorman Brothers)
3. Hookshot (Theives Hideout in Great Bay)

To get to Romani Ranch, you need to clear Snowhead first.

In Zora Hall you find a Zora who asks you to give him something that shows Lulu's personal side, or something like that. What do you have to give him? I tried a picture of her but he only gave me five rupees for it, so I don't think that's it.
