Do we know for sure that the Commodore Group are still supporting the Virtual Console? The fact that Last Ninja III was pulled and refunds issued rather than actually fixing the game seems to be a pretty bad sign to me.

With the costs of just getting a game rated and onto the Shop's server, I'd imagine 500 points is the bare minumum that games can be sold for if the publisher want to make a profit from each download as well. Getting games rated doesn't come cheap.
