IN the intro sequence to Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen the game is referred to "OGRE BATTLE V". Now that surprised me, is this really the fifth game in the series? What are the other games in the series? Tactics Ogre and OB64 came later, so are there 7 games? It was never released in EU so I'm just wondering.
The series was conceptualized as an epic spanning 8 games,which would be released in no specific order. Ogre Battle, despite being the firts to be release, is the fifth chapter in the saga. Tactics Ogre is chapter 7, and Ogre Battle 64 is chapter 6. There are also two unnumbered spinoff games on the GBA.
