I wouldn't expect anything too revealing - nothing that hasn't been shown yet at least. I do bet we'll see some release dates for some of the games people in this thread have already mentioned.

The only thing I'm expecting is a Metroid: Other M trailer (only cinematics, yet again) and possibly Pikmin 3. I'm sure that's not too much to ask.

I expect a game about Barrack Obama. You get to advertise late night show, say lame speeches with undramatic pauses, and p∆ss off fans of primetime TV by making a speech blocking the most popular tv shows every other week.
I bet for 10 minutes they'll explain how great they how, how much money they are rolling around in and how they still consider themselves innovators and gods in the industry. Pat themselves on the back and tell them how amazing they are a second time around, first with Reggie, then with Cammie.
They'll then go on to show a five minute video with already seen footage of Metroid, Mario and some other games like Endless Ocean 2 and Heracles.
They'll then say how good third parties are doing, show some third party games that are doing well that no one cares about, then say how they are a system to support (This'll totally make third parties feel better and support the system again fully. lol)
AND THEN they'll briefly mention Zelda and probably say that they'll bring that RPG the Final Fantasy guy is making over to the US.
And then people will get to try Mario and Metroid.
