Whats Nintendo got to do with how Gameloft prices their own games?

Nintendo has the final say on when a game is released and how much it's release for on it's digital stores.
So yes, it could be Gameloft asking for the game to be sold for 800, or Nintendo forcing them to.
Either way it still sucks.

Nice Update! If this week we got 11 games total! I just imagine next week? 16 games? Nintendo are just to amazing for me since september october...

@jpfan1989: That sounds like pretty bad logic to me. N64 isn't a very popular system to support on VC, and Earthworm Jim 3D DEFINITELY isn't a popular game. Bad combination.
