Topic: Mega Man 2?

I've been interested in Mega Man 2, and I was wondering if I should get it. Is it really unbelivably, controller throwing hard? If it is, is the lowered difficulty any fun?

TBQH, I generally suck at video games - and I still love Mega Man 2. Get it.

It's hard, but not impossible. Just beat Metal Man first and you're good to go.

It is considered to be the best Mega Man game. I have it, and I enjoyed it a lot. Go for it.

Metal Man isn't that bad if you get the health capsule at the beginning of his stage and use it when low on health.

I just downloaded it. I used to be good at it when I was a kid and now I completely suck at it. There is also two difficulty settings.

It is not easy, but doable. I've had best luck beating Air Man first.

No. It is not harder than Mega Man 9 in my opinion.

Beating the 8 robot masters is relatively easy. And you get a password after each level. The hard part is the last level "Dr. Wily's Stage". It is 5 times bigger than a normal robot master level und you must beat the whole thing at once without getting a password. But it's not as hard as it sounds. If you fail you can choose to Continue after the Game Over.

Mega Man 1 is much harder.

I was surprised at how easy this game was when I re-downloaded it on the VC. As a kid I had serious trouble beating it, or even making much progress, but now that I'm older, it didn't represent much challenge.

Of course, that doesn't at all detract from the fact that it's one of the BEST GAMES EVER MADE. Definitely get it.

Also: Bubbleman first ftw.

It's not really that hard if you ask me. Even on hard mode its much easier than any other Mega Man game available for download on Wii. If you never played a Mega Man game before, this one is the best one to start.

It really isn't that hard when compared to the original Mega Man. I loved MM2 growing up, and MM3 wasn't shabby either. Megaman 9 was amazing, but the original is simply frustrating for me to play.

I like it but i've found that there is a major weapon balance problem some are uber useful and others are practically useless

megaman 2 is great the hardest stage is quickmans level just make sure to beat flashman before hand

It's a fun challenge, but it's not insanely difficult like many of the other Mega Man games out there.
There are very few points in the game where you'll probably put the game down in frustration, but they are very few and rare.
I say if you have the points, go for it. It's a really good challenge.

despite the hardness of wily's stages it still is the best game Capcom has ever made. Period

MM2 ist one the easier Mega Man games. There are only a few realy hard points and most of them are in the Wily stages.

Personaly, I say you should rather get MM3 because it is longer, prettier, better balanced and has with Rush a much more usefull support.
