Really, I just want Earthbound (and it's predecessor and sequel too). I already have Chrono Trigger and all the Final Fantasy games for the playstation.
It'd never happen, but two of my favorite SNES games growing up were Final Fight style beat-em-ups: "Captain America and The Avengers", and "The Tick". granted, i am a comic book superhero fan, but both of those games were a blast with real old-school difficulty, and far deeper than any of the other beat-em-ups on the VC. Both featured more varied movesets than Final Fight. Captain America supported co-op, something Final Fight (strangely as it features 2 playable characters) does not. and The Tick was hilarious (how can you not love a game where you beat the snot out of Clark Kent by holding a green rock in his face then kicking him whhile he's down, or where one of the main villians is Chair-face?!). Needless to say, i'd heard great things, so i downloaded Final Fight looking to relive that old school arcade style beat-em-up action, and was sorely disappointed.

I'd just like some more VC arcade games - they announced this new service and it sounded great - everyone was so enthusiastic.... and all we have had since is two of SEGAs least interesting arcade games (sorry to the fans of Altered Beast and Space Harrier)!

Super Mario Kart..... its a sin this hasn't been put up yet!!! It would have been a great feature if Mario Kart Wii could detect if you had the Virtual Console versions of Super Mario Kart & Mario Kart 64, and import all the courses into the game, what an incentive to download both games huh?

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.

EDIT: Mega Man 8 was on the Playstation, so we can't get it on the VC no matter what.
It was actually on the Saturn first, but either way, we wont be getting it.
If the VC for the next gen console can support saturn games, it'd be possible. Saturn's notoriously difficult to emulate though. You can find better Dreamcast emulators than Saturn ones deep within the bowels of the internet; that should say something.
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
