Topic: Donkey Kong 64 rumors!

I say just give the coins to you from the start of the game and remove Jetpac and DK Arcade. But they won't.

They might release Donkey Kong (VCA) when Donkey Kong (NES) sales go down.
And then they might release Donkey Kong 64 (N64) when Donkey Kong (VCA) sales go down.
That seems to be the most effective business move.

Also, they might release Excitebike 64 (N64) when Excitebike (NES) sales go down.
The original NES Excitebike was an unlockable in Excitebike 64.

Or they simply cut the games the way they cut NES Metroid from Metroid Prime Trilogy.
NES Metroid was originally an unlockable in the first Metroid Prime (GCN):

I'd like Donkey Kong 64 to be released on 3DS as Donkey Kong 3D Land with the same graphical enhancements that Ocarina of Time 3D got.

Why would they remake it and give it a new name? If SM64DS, DKRDS, OOT3D, and SF643D are anything to go by, that's not going to happen.

I'd like to see an all new 3D Donkey Kong game that's like SM3DL, but I don't really want a remake.

Bass_XO has the right idea of what would probably be the most reasonable, & possible thing to happen in regards to DK64 on the VC; Nintendo simply giving the in-game "coins", & removing the games that aren't their's.

I'm not a fan of them just attaching "3D" or "DS" to the end of an existing game's title. I'm also not really a fan of them using "64" as a suffix to games not actually on the Nintendo 64 even though its a remake of an N64 game.
