Hello there, I have a question: What games do you think have the better co-op on the Virtual Console? If it's possible 2 players at the same time. Thanks!

The only co-op game i have is Gunstar Heroes, it's a solid game and can be fun with a second person but nothing special.

Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl."
Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb?
A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.

Thanks, I though it would be something else, I thought Sin & Punishment had it...

Noire

Sin and Punishment does have a co-op mode, where one person controls the targeting reticule and the other controls the character's left-to-right movement. No true two-player, though, unfortunately.

Lieutenant Commander of the Lesbian Love Brigade
There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Ravage

Sin & Punishment does not have it... Maybe someone else can help you better than I can.

yea, Toe jam & Earl is by far my favorite game on sega, i downloaded it day one, i made sure to have atleast one friend over at my house weeks after that so i could try to beat it.( never did though). Toe jam and Earl is boring with just one person in my opinion.. As soon as get my 360, im getting the ones for the original xbox.

Super Contra for the Super Nintendo is probably the most fun you are going to have as far as 2 player co-op for the VC. I don't know of anyone not enjoying blasting through the levels with a friend.

River City Ransom for the Nes is an intersting take on side-scroller beat em' up. It has a little more to offer than the rest, such as purchasing moves, going out to eat, getting a massage to heal and being able to go back to redo levels. That is two players.

I also heard Streets of Rage 2 for the Genesis is one of the best beat-em up games avail. for the VC.

Cannibalism...(But it's LOVE BABY!) Hear the demo at www.myspace.com/staleevolution Don't bother if you can't stomach a little salt with your rock and roll though!

Bubble Bobble, the game is serious co op business. not for light weights.
