Topic: Chances of Call of duty Modern warfare 3

I think there is a small chance looking from a sales standpoint. The wii Cod games have improved greatly thanks to Tryarch. bigger sales and better reviews then the previous game. I heard slegehammer making it instead of infity ward. I'm not going to hold my breath on it. what do u guys think

It's not completely out of the question. It doesn't really matter what they do though, because if they keep going in the direction they are currently headed, COD will eventually die (praise Jesus!!). My friend used to be a HUGE COD nut. Now even he is getting kind of burnt out on them and realizing the inevitble epiphany that he doesn't need to buy this year's COD because he already has the same experience or better!

Well there's gonna be some new CoD, I don't see why not MW3 since the first two were so popular.

Most likely. I can't imagine the developers would just stop making Call of Duty games (even for the Wii).

Are you joking, or referring to the first MW? MW2 was complete thrash in every regard and it seems like IW set out to completely piss off their fans. People complain about the launchers and then they decide to make it infinite? WTF? At least Treyarch actually listens to the community and fixes/balances their games and removed cheap gameplay tactics like Quickscoping and reduce camping. Oh and there's less hackers... Black Ops is pretty much superior to all previous CoDs, and if they keep going into the direction of changing themes, appealing to many by making a game that is easy to pick up and play for casuals, and improving itself, then CoD's not gonna die. I don't even like realistic/modern shooters especially because the campaign is pretty much like Duty Calls.

Yeah, the developer for this new CoD will likely ignore the Wii like every other game dev. But who needs shooters when we have SAFE SIDESCROLLING PLATFORMERS!
