I have a few favs, Reala being the most obvious

Death Adder

ED-209 from Robocop vs Terminator on megadrive

Mother Brain from Super Metroid:

Mecha-Bowser from Super Mario Sunshine:

Mecha Dragon from Mega Man 2:

Iggy Koopa's Second Battle from New Super Mario Bros. Wii:

The entire God of War series. Nothing but great boss fights--I can't think of a single one I didn't like--even the short ones. Most of that game's broken/frustrating moments came from really hard combinations of ordinary enemies, not bosses--the bosses owned.

The minotaur from the first GOW was awesome, and I don't think there's a person alive that didn't enjoy the Cronos Titan battle from GOW 3.

I like the big ball monster in tatsnoko vs capcom, but it is oo hard , it got likes 3 formrms, 1 red 1 yellow and don't remember.

I think DestroyMan, Dr Letz Shake, or Bad Girl is my Favorite

...Wait a minute...are you saying Ammy is playable in that game?! I've never really bothered with the game...but, seeing Ammy in a fighting game would be awesome! xD

Crocomire- Super Metroid

????- Shinobi 3 (I have no idea what it's name is, but it's freakin' cool.)

Krauser- Resident Evil 4 (My favorite version of him.)

Vamp- Metal Gear Solid 2 (I don't know what game this picture is from, all I know is that I think he's pretty cool.)

Ganon from OOT was the most epic fight ever, also every boss in Shadow of the Colossus. Other mentions: Lavos, Ultimecia, Metroid Prime, Mother Brain

@BellGoRiiing No i mean YAMI the Final Boss in Okami was the Final Boss in TVC and had its 3 forms you have to fight

lol I know what you're talking about, but I was asking since Yami is in the game as a boss...I was wondering if Ammy was in the game as a playable character.

I use www.tinypic.com save the pic you want to use then go to TP click browse then click the pic then where it says resize click message board then click upload copy the code then paste on here boom your done super easy.
