Almost all games have bosses, some really boring and stupid bosses, other really great and increidble ones, wich are your favourites bosses of all time?

I will start with the Monster hunter Bosses, I have just fight 3 of then (great jaggi, qurupeco and the other one) And have only beaten the first 2, some of these bosses were really epic fights, like 45 minutes, me with my friend trying to kill qurupeco, haha so great!!!

Other great awesome and fantastic bosses the ones noone can beat, are the bosses from sin and punishment 2: star succesor, my favourite boss till the moment is the boss versus the lion, eagle. The boss that was like a big snake in a tunnel of water and I also like the boss that was like a samurai girls.

Mario bosses, hmm sadly I can't tell that I have founded great bosses in mario games, not really great fights, some in mario galaxy were ok, but the best mario boss is the last boss, bowser in super mario sunshine, that was epic, but ohhh, we are on the wii section so ,
In pikming 2 NPC, there was a boss that was like a spider that throws lazer rays, that was also a epic battle, in metroid trilogy, the prime 2: echos, the giant snake or worm was just a great boss.

Wich bosses do you think are the best, the most intense a extreme battles

The Fal'Cie in Final Fantasy FFXIII. All highlights, and unlike some of the other Final Fantasy games, not immune to everything. So you can use strategy to beat them, rather than just grind away.

Huge shift for me. As much as I love the Final Fantasy series, I always hated the bosses. FFXIII backflipped that entirely.

Although Garland was a freaking awesome boss too.

Oh, and anyone who has played Samurai Warriors 3 will realise that fighting Honda is an epic in itself.

Do DS games count? TWEWY bosses were ACE!
Also, Rayquaza from SSBB was awesome, and Ridley, and Porky guy, and well everything from that game, except Taboo.

Every boss in Shadow of the Colossus. And between Galaxy 2, Sin & Punishment and Other M, this has been a great year for bosses

I thought that a couple of the bosses in a boy and his blob were hard, if only for the fact that the boy can't run away...

Magus From Chrono Trigger

The ones that come to mind are Lavos and any of the major Bonne Brothers battles in Megaman 64.

Also, the King of New Island in Little King's Story.

Heh, love Qurupeco...

But nothing can stand up to...Quadraxis!!!

That giant robot from Metroid Prime 2 will always be my all-time favorite boss...I dunno, but yeah a lot of the monsters in Monster Hunter 3 are pretty awesome too.

Well, of course Ridley is another one. I think his incarnation in Other M was my favorite, but Super Metroid's will always be a classic.

well yeah but I was going by the boss fight itself. Otherwise mine would be entirely joke characters and the Paper Mario games' bosses.

Quadraxis is pretty awesome too. I apparently love having normal sized characters DESTROY giant robot characters.

That is a very very hard opponent, but indeed a great one. Striking resemblances with the Sidehopper

That alien queen thing from partners in time. Ridley from...every Metroid game in existence. The Contessa and Jean Bison from sly 2, Doctor M from sly 3 Those two witches from OOT, Ghot from MM and Bowser from New super Mario Bros wii. Just to name a few.

I like DJ Big Goji, Khalamari, and that zombie T-rex from Dino Crisis 3. The Boss from Metal gear is the best though. She can turn invisible in a field of daisies, disassemble your guns before you fire them, and give herself a wicked cesarean birth in the middle of a warzone.

I have a new favorite boss after playing through Metroid Other M...but I think it would be too much of a spoiler to say who it is.
