I've had problems registering my DSi and the games that I've purchased so that I could take advantage of Club Nintendo's program. When I first registered with Nintendo my account was tied to a Hotmail account back in 2003. I had requested it to be changed to my Gmail address and I guess that's where additional problems started when I tried to register my games.
After corresponding with customer service I finally wrote to them saying that I would give up. It took SO LONG for the Club Nintendo program to make a NA appearance but I can't take advantage of it.

To be honest I've only signed up to it in the hope that I might have enough points to get some 'free' wii shop points one day.
I've had problems with Club Nintendo myself. I had an account back when it used to be called "Nintendo VIP" in Europe. When they renamed it to "Club Nintendo", my account wouldn't log in anymore (when VIP accounts was supposed to work).
I lost alot of points because of that, and had to register a whole new account.
I miss Nintendo VIP, back when it had official forums...
