This is merely a little (Nonsencial) thread dedicated to all those minor and illogical thoughts you may have towards the WiiU during odd moments of the night. They may be complaints, changes you wish were implemented. Or even merely little wishes and wants you wish to appear in future games. In most simplistic terms perhaps, this is a thread for wishful thinking
Bring Back The Pink Hair!
For myself, the wish is quite an insignificant and simplistic little wish. Though I imagine the consequences throughout forums and the Nintendo fan-base would be dramatic. Simply bring back the ALTTP pink hair in a future Legend Of Zelda release. Even if it were merely as a Toggle On/Off option in the settings. Allow me the possibility of skipping about Hyrule Field (Or some field that bears faint similarities to Hyrule) with my pink locks faintly glowing in the sunlight. It'd be a lovely nod to the classic series. And would potentially drive a fair few Fans up the wall, either in delight or anguish.
Though what about yourself, what is one little wish you may currently have whispering about inside your mind?
@Musterd
Tell us a little about Potted Plant Man then, What type of game would it be?
A Caterpillar Farming Simulation Game perhaps, where you nurture and grow little caterpillars until they're ready to cocoon themselves and transform into beautiful butterflies?
@Tuurtledove Not at all!
You play as Potted Plant man, and run around beating up your enemies, and maybe using plant powers, I didn't really think it through yet. Maybe he can fly? I dunno. I was just playing Scribblenauts Unlimited on Wii U and I went to the avatar editor and one imagination nugget later there was Potted Plant Man. I'll post a screenshot later.
I actually hope we see a game for 3DS starring Mr. Game & Watch where he must go on an adventure through the not-so flat Flat Zone as it changes from the simple Game & Watch days he once knew, into a 3DS world.
@MrWalkieTalkie Ah yes, I remember that idea... the closest I get is playing Game & Watch Gallery and insisting that the guy in all the classic ones is Mr G&W.

But artwork for LttP always showed a Link with his light brown hair anyway. I've always wondered why in the game he had those pink locks...
He probably only had pink hair for the sake of it being more easily tell it was hair in the game. It's just contrast. We would have been able to tell anyways, but it just made the color pallet seem different.
That's my take on it. We all know his hair is brown. It's just pink in the game. He has blonde/dirty blonde hair in every other game anyways.
Maybe they'll have a black haired Link someday
@Tasuki
Potentially,
Though either way I'm secretly hoping the next WiiU Zelda game has Pink Hair Toggle On/Off option.
I'm thinking the lovely Princess Zelda will approve of that decision as well actually,
It'll match perfectly with her dress
They've actually already confirmed it was due to technical limitations of the SNES that his hair was pink. In a game with so kany colors on screen at the same time that really makes no sense to me, but hey, that's what they say, google it lol.
I think it would be great if they threw in some small part where he accidently gets pink hair, like a prankster dumps paint on him from a roof or replaces his shampoo. Something silly, but Nintendo could make it charming, and it would only have to be a small section of the game, like right before the water temple and then when you jump in the water, it washes out. You could have a monkey see you and say you resemble the ancient pink haired hero that helped his ancestor.
I dunno, just a tiny nod to fans that'd be fun but ive spent waaaaaaay too much time typing this!
I think that the next Link should have black hair and have a dark backstory and the next bad guy should be some sort of prince of a peaceful kingdom with a sweet life that's only evil by nature it would make things more interesting....
but that's wishful thinking too I like zelda games for what they are but I like changes too especially if they are temporary changes that make a single game of the series stand out from the others like the deeper story from Twilight Princess, or the charming adventures in Minish Cap or even the transport in the Wind Waker timeline!
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

That sounds like a pre-order worthy game to me! Mayb Wii U for extra sales.
Hmmm,
You may both potentially be interested in this little game here,
It essentially plays on the premise of in-game evolution from an 8-Bit Monotone world, to a fully fleshed out and three-dimensional realm: http://evoland.shirogames.com/
