Are you dissapponited at Ubisoft for offering a delayed version with less features? Are you pushed to the edge by this news. Will the companion app have Wii U support? Will it feature multiplayer? Post your thoughts!
@shingi_70
Good point. The Wii U version comes out quite a bit later. It might, but depending on what the content is, it might not even be a deal breaker.
Seeing as the game ships later it isn't a stretch that the Wii U version would come with the season pass content.
Oh yes it is. For a delayed version, you would expect at least some extra content to be shipped with the product to justify it's existence. Instead, we get shafted as usual. No wonder why Nintendo is always doomed!
Until this point Watch_Dogs is basically irrelevant on the Wii U. So any news does not surprise me lol.
Still gonna get child of light tho, this game deserves a day 1 purchase (kudos to Ubi Montreal). I'll probably get Watch_Dogs when it is 9.99 on PC.
The saddest thing about all this is that Watch_Dogs is the last core multiplatform title that is coming for Wii U . After that, it's Activision and LEGO only....
Ubisoft confirmed to Polygon today that the season pass won't be available on Wii U.
Things change all the time. I will still be getting it on Wii U, I don't really care. The DLC would have been nice but not a deal breaker
EDIT: Just watched the video (the video wasn't working on my phone earlier) and personally I am fine missing this DLC, it all seems kinda pointless. Play as another character I don't care about and that seems to focus on action, play a zombie type of story line, get some alternative skins. The more I see about this game the less it interests me but I am hoping that is just the way they are marketing it (and will still be purchasing it on Wii U). I wasn't interested in this as a shooter, I was interested in manipulating the world to complete objectives (like Gunpoint only a huge open world). I wonder what is the least amount of bullets a tester has had to use while playing this game?

The Wii U "port" is being handled by a different team and is delayed. The chances of the same DLC coming to Wii U was extremely slim to none in the first place.

Splinter Cell was at Ubisoft Shanghai and it still got DLC.
