Topic: The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks & The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask To Release On The NA Wii U VC This Week?!

Listings for both of the games appeared on Nintendo of America's website earlier today, but were quickly removed. According to the listing, however both games might be releasing tomorrow on Memorial Day in NA! I'll post the links should the listings reappear! Anyways I hope those listings were accurate as Spirit Tracks is the only Zelda title I have yet to play so it'd be a day one download for me!

We do have Phantom Hourglass in NA.

Spirit Tracks is not exactly a direct sequel. It's to Phantom Hourglass what A Link Between Worlds is to A Link to the Past. But even less direct.

Only thing I truly remember about ST...is that I loved the train, mainly because of the music. xD

It would be odd to release on a Monday. Maybe something else is happening on June 2nd in addition to the Pokemon news?

I'm pretty sure they would release on Thursday like any other VC game. lol

Hoping Majora's Mask comes to Europe this week too.

@Tsurii as far as I remember, it's more linked to the wind waker than to Phantom Hourglass. And even then it's just a bit of lore, like mentions of Tetra.

EU seems to be getting nothing this week.

I recommend Spirit Tracks for all the improvements that it made over Phantom Hourglass. They polished the roll mechanic, and the Tower of Spirits isn't as much of a repeating slog as the Temple of the Ocean King. A complaint people have is that the train travel is more limiting/confining than traveling by boat, but this never really bothered me. I loved driving the train around; I might be a bit biased though as I love them. XD

Majora's Mask is also great for those who don't have a 3DS who want to play the game. I own the 3DS version, but it's part of the backlog right now. Heh heh....sigh.
