I think Brawl's only N64 stages were stages that were also brought back in Melee, so that could be a pattern or a coincidence. I'd personally guess that any stage not in Brawl will not be revived for Smash 4.
I definitely hope hyrule temple comes back. i have always loved playing that stage with friends, trying to snipe each other across the stage with items.
Who needs Melee when you have Project: M? :I And it's free. (If you get Brawl. )

You're the exact same guy who told me this before, minus the being scolded by a mod, if I remember correctly?) I'll try not to mention it again, then, but really, I don't see any harm at all. (Other than it being related to hacking) >_> Haven't had a mod scold me yet, only deleting my post. (Which was a long time ago, and the posts after that mentioning it, weren't deleted) But I won't deny it.
@Nintendaholic: No, I'm not 10, but I haven't been to a public Smash tournament before, so it's pretty intimidating to me, because I won't know anyone there. I also know someone online who kind of has the same problem. He and a friend are trying to find a tournament they can both enter. But, all this tournament talk is really getting my warmed up to the idea. I think I'll give it a try, with my WCCP.
I participated in a Melee tourney once, got second. I might of won if I chose Gandondorf, who was my main, but my opponent chose him, and lord do I hate bland matches. So I went with falcon, and in the end, Ganondorf's superior launching capabilities did me in.
What with me being the devoted Pikmin fan that I am, I want the Distant Planet stage to return. It was so satisfying to throw other players right into the waiting Bulborb's mouth. >:3
I hope the Luigi's Mansion stages come back because one that stage had a cool idea and two that series needs as much representation as it can get. This also makes me wonder if they are going to incorporated the Poltergust in Luigi's move set like how Mario has Fludd?

Yeah, Smashville is returning, but there will be more than one platform this time around.

Halberd
Pictochat
Smashville
Spear Pillar
Castle Siege
Temple (even though this is originally a melee stage, I hope it returns in Sm4sh.)
If Sakurai does bring any of the Brawl stages back, he'll need to update them to HD. :/

Meh, I never liked Hyrule Temple. If you were a heavy character on the bottom part it was essentially a death sentence. And there's the fact that it's really easy to glide under, again, a heavy character can't do much in that scenario.
@Orngeblu I know she changes the layout, but doesn't it reverse gravity or something, because I remember falling to my death countless times while trying to recover because she flipped it.

I can see a wonderful 101 stage working nicely. with some of the enemies coming in as stage hazards. It would be really cool to see a character that works like zelda/sheik where you could start off as wonder red and have the fist, turn into blue and have the sword, turn into green and have the gun. That would be incredible!
