@DestinyMan - Normally, fan-made stuff can be so average or worse; but I loved that. The animation's so smooth as if Mario's actually there. The video would make for a great commercial.

Because as Nintendo said, that would create confusion between both of the games.
And it's really not that big of a deal. It's a title. That's the last thing I would be concerned about, imo.

Besides, the name won't change anything. Most of the gamers buying Smash would have already made the decision before it got a title
