And I'm also working on more songs but Splatoon just doesn't let me finish them! After the Splatournament I'll give the game a break so I can come back to creating stuff.
@Kazuo: Seeker is another sub I wouldn't imagine using for the dynamo. I use the gold dynamo solely for the splat bombs, because it allows me to pull off some tricks other than my slow splashing with the main weapon. The seeker may not be as immediate as a splash bomb, but it's still a much better option than the standard dynamo, which uses the sprinkler. They're mostly an annoyance; no combat tricks can be pulled with that.
The seeker would allow me to get across certain stages much quicker, though. The dynamo sure is slow sometimes. In the first 20 seconds, I'm always riding in my teammates' ink trails.

@Freeon-Leon: Nice stuff! Well why not combine Splatoon and music? I was actually going to record a Splatoon-themed song in January, the beat and the lyrics are already ready (even bought some Splatoon merchandise for an eventual video ^^). Just didn't find the time to go through with it yet.
Do you use Rytmik on PC or which platform? I have it on my 3DS but haven't really used it. On my PC I mostly use Reason.

Man, I wish Splatoon had a replay function. Gotta get a capture card. Sometimes there are just these moments where either something awesome or funny happens. Today I had a RM game on Urchin Underpass, in the section right in front of the fence. It was a close-quarters duel with a Dynamo Roller and I had the rainmaker. But I didn't let him get me! I dodged his attacks three times in that confined space before I finally splatted him with the RM. That felt so good! Although to be fair, this probably wouldn't have been possible with any other roller, the Dynamo is just slower (but still very deadly). ^^

@shani: Thanks! I've actually thought about doing some chiptune/rock songs like Shellfish. The songs in Splatoon have a lot of energy and I'd really like to do some stuff like that. Please post your song when you finish it! It sounds interesting.
Btw, I use Rytmik on my 3DS, it's limited but you can get some nice sounds out of it with some patience. On PC I use Renoise and FamiTracker. And of course I play a couple of instruments XD
I agree about a replay function in Splatoon. It'd be awesome to see your best moments ala MK8, I'd love to see my matches where I've gotten like 17-2 with my lovely Bamboozler. I felt so awesome after those rounds, but they're now gone.

Yah, there are no guarantees when you're using the dynamo. But I like using weapons that are really good at causing general mayhem, regardless of who splats who. The dynamo is probably the best at this.
