I assume you can move Miis between Wii U and 3DS, I haven't done it so I wouldn't know. Make sense that you can but that's the first step. I don't know if you can move them between 3DS and Wii in both directions. I doubt it, I assume it's just one way. However if you can't go 3DS -> Wii you can create a QR code and I assume through that there is probably a way to get the Mii Data onto your PC. Pretty sure there's some dude who's made a program for that. If that's the case then I know there are programs that let you put Mii data onto a WiiMote. Then you just copy over to Wii.
Although if there's a way to put Mii Data onto a WiiMote through the Wii U then that's another way. Again, I don't know if that's possible.
................ easiest option, just make a similar Mii in WiiMode. Or just make sure you go the other way instead.
Here are all the possible methods a Mii can be transferred (assuming only one of each device).
Wii to 3DS
Wii to Wii U
3DS to Wii U
Wii U to 3DS
You cannot transfer a Mii using the following means
Wii U to Wii
3DS to Wii
You can't transfer back for a simple reason: the Wii doesn't offer the same customization options that the 3DS and Wii U have.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
