Mediamarkt was too far away XD, gamestop didn had it XD had to wait until friday, so i passed by muller and they had it they also had last year GTA V really early, so bought it and went back to game stop and said please cancel my pre order

To be honest, someone of the staff gave it to me from the warehouse. They actually sell them on releaseday.
So if you ask friendly, you may get it early.

Going to a local retailer tomorrow to see if they've broken the street date. Their website saying the game is in stock hints at it.

Apparently, the Japanese eShop has opened download of MK8 now. Perhaps the NoE and NoA eShops will start earlier as well?

It comes out a day earlier in Japan and it's way past midnight there...

It feels like NoE and NoA are the last ones...
