Topic: Hyrule Warriors (& Legends) - OT

NOICE!, suppose there is no word on the season pass pricing is there? and how much blocks is needed?

I'd assume it will be priced similarly to the original season pass, since it apparently comes with the same or a similar amount of content.

@Meowpheel: All we know is there's the same number of packs and the bonus for buying the season pass is similar. If there ends up being characters in the season pass like with Wii U then we know for certain there'll be some kind of transfer to Wii U.

I think it's safe to assume new characters will come, they're basically the only reason most people pay for the dlc.

And, about the space in the character select screen, I don't think that's something to worry about.

@Meowpheel: Of course it isn't because Smash had a similar situation (Medli fills the last space in the HWL character select) and then there were changes to the screen when the DLC came. My thinking of being unsure is more about the promise that all characters would be transferable to the Wii U version. I have 2 ideas but I don't think some of my logic is reasonable.

1. Buying the season pass gives you a code for the characters into the Wii U version (similar to buying the game grants you the 5 new characters and the Trident).
2. My Nintendo will enable cross-buy so by buying the 3DS Season Pass you get that new Season Pass in the Wii U version as well.

Oh well, I guess I can't say much about that, since I don't really care about having the characters in the wiiu game.

But I guess, if they bothered to make the free one available there too, maybe the paid ones will too.

Probably gonna get it digital and use the remaining eshop funds I got, you know how much blocks it takes @Morpheel ?

@Undead_terror: The pre download file on my 3DS is 16,138 blocks. I guess thats the final file size, maybe a few extra blocks.

Edit: oh gosh, only 1181 blocks left in this card, I guess I'll have to clean up a bit. Hm, what games will go...

@Spoony_Tech: well, it's 32gb, which is apparently the best option according to Nintendo. Anyway I could free about 30k blocks deleting games I don't play anymore so that's good for now.

@Meowpheel: Yeah well 32 wasn't enough for me. I have a 64gb in mine when I upgraded to the New XL. That oddly only has about 120k blocks left on it though. I was a downloading machine there for a couple of years. Now Best Buy gets most of my money.

I wonder if Nintendo's next handheld will ditch blocks.

More season pass details, Wii U is actually getting more DLC and you don't have to buy Legends to get the download code's content if you don't want to.
