Topic: Frozen at "Delete All Content and Settings" Screen

I'm factory resetting my Wii U, but it has frozen at the "Delete All Content and Settings" screen. The music stopped playing and the screen froze. Unplugging the system for inordinate amounts of time doesn't fix the problem - when I restart it, it goes right back to the deletion screen and (once again) freezes. Has anyone encountered this problem? Has anyone found a fix to this problem?

Freezing on a delete all screen is weird. To my experience this hasn't happened. I suggest calling Nintendo Customer Service about this.

Did you manage to find out and fix this problem. As this I was trying to sell mine and this has happened to me
