Great Wiiu owners who waited to play this port and all they get that's different. Is TV off play and a map on the gamepad with no DLC woah day one purchase! But i do really want to know if they actually put the online mode that the other versions have.If they didn't well who ever buys this crap don't whine cause you bought it at full price for a half done port yay.
I am still waiting to hear about DLC.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I still kind of want to play this, but given that it is coming out a year after its original announced release date (Nov. 2013) makes me not terribly excited. It will be one of the few open world action games on a Nintendo console, which might be enticing for Nintendo only players, but they'll likely be too busy with Smash and or Captain Toad to give it a look.
Geez, there's so many reasons why this game won't sell I have to make a list.
1. The game has been available on other consoles since May.
2. The game costs $40 on other consoles now, as opposed to the $60 it will cost on Wii U.
3. The game sold well because of hype, the hype is gone and now people realize it wasn't that good and won't buy it on Wii U.
4. The Wii U version will be missing modes, features, and DLC that were present in the other versions.
5. The game releases November 18th, the same day games such as Far Cry 4, Grand Theft Auto on PS4 and Xbox One, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Project Cars, and LittleBigPlanet 3 among others are also coming out.
6. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U will be coming out close to that date. Anyone with a Wii U will be using their money to get that.
I honestly don't know how Ubisoft can expect the game to sell well. I actually kind of hope it sells bad just to see Ubisoft complain about the sales. If it were to sell well that would just encourage Ubisoft do pull this kind of crap a lot.
On the bright side, you won't have to read a flipping encyclopedia just to find out what DLC comes with each version.
Some of you are forgetting that Wii U is some peoples' only console. I bet only only 1/4 of a million Wii U owners have another machine to play it on. They could charge $60($20 more), and that beats paying another $400 or so to buy an Xbox One or PS4, THEN another $40 for the Watch Dogs games. That's only in a worse case scenario, though. I don't think Ubisoft will charge a full $60 w/o DLC or anything else.
We'll just have to see how it goes. CoD Black Ops II was cheaper for Wii U alot sooner than it was on Xbox 360 or PS3, but I didn't see people rushing out to buy Wii U, just to get $20 off of CoD Black Ops II compared to Xbox 360 or PS3. This is basically the same scenario. People who only have Wii U and are still interested in the game will buy it.
Whatever it sells is whatever it sells. We all know the situation here. If you bought the game on the different system, because of the delay, that's their fault. If the port is crappy, that's their fault. If they overcharge. It's their fault. There is no way to lose, because you either get crappy support and they aren't worth supporting anyway, or it was worth the wait and everyone is happy, because that would actually result in good sales.

We all know the ''real'' reason the game won't sell is because Wii U owners don't like mature games.. isn't that obvious by now? Ubisoft said so themselves, and they are trying their best to prove that.
This game is going to sell less than 20k copies on the Wii U worldwide. Calling it now.
TBH, I think it will either sell VERY well, like "OMG, you have to buy this game on Wii U! The other versions can't touch this!", or "F***ing seriously, Ubisoft? There was a 5 month delay on top of an already existing 7 month delay... for this?".

This game (Like AC3 and 4) will have a horrific framerate. They already tricked me the first few times, never again. Plus this game was pretty boring and forgettable.
I just hope the Wii U version gets the DLC support. It should come with any DLC released before the Wii U release but as long as it will be supported I will be interested.

There is a 0% chance of this selling decently well, let alone very well.
It will be DOA.

The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
