The conversation, of course

Conversations about the game usually spark some sort of conflict due to its themes.

It should be stated I've been looking forward to playing this since its release though, and am very excited to see it come to WiiU and N3Ds this month!

Is anybody having problems with the 3DS and Wii U version? I was going to buy them both, but I heard they both have tons and tons of glitches that can be game breaking. Stuff like that really ruin the game for me, so I really just want to know if those glitches are common for people that have both versions.

From what I've seen online there doesn't seem to be many bugs. Edmund McMillen posted on his twitter that they issued a patch for a small glitch and are just waiting on Nintendo to issue it. https://twitter.com/EdmundMcMillenn

I'm looking forward to getting this on the 3ds. I've read that they might issue an update in the future that will incorporate 3d, which for me is worth waiting for. This game would look great in 3d.

I've played last night for about 5-6 hours and nothing was buggy except when I tried to move my map around. It wasn't a big deal. Nothing in terms of gameplay was rough around the edges at all. I don't know why people think this game is a mess. I own the original BoI on PC and Rebirth on Wii U and I have yet to see any of these horrific bugs people claim exist

Not using the 3D for the 3DS put me off. Not paying for that kind of laziness.

I do agree with that but I'm hypocrite and got the Poke-games, OliOli, Hydroventure and Titan Attacks anyway.

I do not think not implementing 3D is lazy. There are actually a lot of Art issues that happen because of 3D and it sometimes might not be worth it.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

The lack of 3D didn't bother me, which is surprising as I LOVE 3D. I just love the beautiful spritework (beautiful in a very artistic sense, lol) and animations. Everything runs so smoothly!

I haven't been able to beat Mom for the first time yet, but I did get to her once. That's something.

I tried using the nub to shoot but it wasn't very precise. Then I found out I could use the ABXY buttons to shoot and I find that to be WAY better.

It's very lazy when it's a simple games...

You're not a programmer so it's not your place to say that.

I'm not a plumber either but I still talk about Mario.

LOL, sorry. My Dad is a plumber, and I have worked with him. Currently I am QA and work with Programmers. (I have also worked on 3DS games and seen the issues the 3D can cause) So I feel I out rank most people in these subjects lol

To be honest, Mario has very little to do with plumbing. I don't think it's a good comparison.

I was looking forward to try this game but then I've read it's been published by stupid Nicalis, so I'm not sure I'll live long enough to see it arrive in Europe. Less buggy mess to deal with I suppose...

You mean plumbers don't ride around on Dinosaurs, date princesses and are Italian?

They can, most just choose not to.
