Topic: Trying To Find A Certain Game....HELP!!!!

Can anyone help?? It's a horizontal shooter on the Turbo-Grafx 16, and if I recall, one of the last games released for it in. Came out in 1994. It was a shooter, but it was cutesy, and you piloted a witch on a broomstick as your character, I think. And it is NOT Cotton. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

It might be...I checked out YouTube footage of it but it didn't look familiar...hmmm...I'm not sure. Maybe that might be it though and I just can't remember much of what it looks like, but again it didn't really look familiar to me.

the american and japanese versions look different. I don't know if any tg16 games even came out in 94. its gotta be magical chase if its not cotton.
