Topic: Where Is Final Fantasy Tactics For iPad?!?!

I've never played Final Fantasy Tactics before because I've never owned a PS system, so you couldn't believe my excitement when I found out the game was coming to iOS. However, Square Enix said the game was coming to iPad in fall, but it's December now and we haven't heard a word about it. Where is FF Tactics for iPad?

Square doesn't seem to want to put their pixel art-y games on the iPad. Been bummed about that too. :/

It's coming. Final Fantasy III took a long time to make the jump to iPad from iPhone, too.

SE is slow with porting stuff to the iPad, but they have confirmed it's coming.

Curious — do you think it's likely they'll port FF4CC or FF4DS for the iPhone? I'm hoping for the complete collection since that's the only thing I'd buy a PSP for, haha.

Also really hope Chrono Trigger gets an iPad version. I'd love to play through it for the third time. <3

Yes, but they said fall 2011. I think that should have been in the September-November range. If it's not out in the next two weeks, I'll be very disappointed as they said fall 2011.

@pixelman I wouldn't be surprised if IV comes to iOS, as they already have I-III. I doubt Chrono Trigger will get an iPad version, as Square seems to only make iPad versions for games with newer graphics. I've never p,aged Chrono Trigger before, so I'm pretty exited for the iOS version.

@Link245: I'm sure it'll come to iOS. I was wondering what version it'd be, specifically.
