Oh my god, someone actually appreciated that line! My life is fullfilled!
Also, friend invite sent. I thought you were already on the list, though...but I don't know, everyone changes their names so often I can't keep track...

Stealing people's quotes, it's my signature move! Ah ha. Ha.
There was some attempt at uniting the Nintendo Life community for some coop -awhile ago-
Definitely the least impressive of the Steam sales thus far. Most of the stuff on offer is either indie or early access. For god's sake, I'm not going to buy an unfinished game!
Got something called Outlast. The reviews sounded decent, and I'm always up for a good survival horror game.

Where is this pessimism when I reach for my wallet, hmm?
Guess I've quite enjoyed myself this bargain period, frankly it's hard to imagine what you were looking for that hasn't been on sale. I'm a thrifty guy and I've managed to pick up around five games or expansion packs, but to each his own.
I ended up getting less than normally would(thank goodness), but I'm 90% sure I'll be playing through these games. I got Rayman Legends, Brave New World, Deponia, & both Siberia games. From what I've played so far Rayman Legends is amazing, except for those awful frog levels.

I just did some trading and ended up getting both Siberias, VVVVVV, Thomas Was Alone, and Bastion. I'd say the Steam Sale was a success for me, even if no money left my actual wallet.

You have the right to disagree with me and the ability to consider anything valid that I say; Please exercise both.
I have a steam key for Starlight Inception (currently on steam sale for £3.74 LOL) that I don't really want to redeem, and thought it would be appreciated be someone else. Originally, I was going to add it to my inventory and trade it safely, but I've been advised that isn't an option, so I'll just get rid of it.
I received it for backing the kickstarter, but I've since decided I wouldn't really want to play it. The steam key should entitle you to all future DLC.
If you are interested, and you haven't already, add me on steam, and I'll send it securely.

I've done it. I've successfully survived a Steam sale without buying anything. And that was after discovering Rise of Nations (a game I've been itching to play lately) has been re-released on steam. It's not like I've bought all the games I've wanted to; I have more games on my wishlist than I do in my library - 140 - 117 owned, but I think I did well not to buy anything this sale. Same goes for GOG. Didn't spend a penny.

Have you participated in a Steam Summer Sale before? It's usually incredible. The deals this time, along with most of the titles on sale, weren't nearly as compelling.
With that said, I still eventually found enough discounted stuff to make me happy. And I finally got around to picking up The Cat Lady.
I personally really liked this Steam Sale
I got:
Far Cry 3
Antichamber
Awesomenauts
Battleblock Theater
Castle Crashers
Fez
Assassins Creed 3
and Terraria. also my friend gave me Frozen Endzone, Guns of Icarus, and Bad Rats.
