Ah, I have the Labo VR kit but not the bird add-on. I feel like I should have recognised the art style, but then it's not exactly very distinctive. Oh well, I did alright on this quiz overall!
I found the entire Labo thing absolutely fascinating, was considering to get the driving wheel box. Did you like the VR, even though it's a bit low-tech?
I agree that the picture is not very distinctive. I just wanted it to be HARD for the crazy players going for perfect scores.
I wonder if @lifer would have found out if he were still active here!
@Mr_Horizon Yeah, I don't have any 'proper' VR equipment so with nothing to compare it to it's quite impressive despite being low tech. The massive gun it comes with feels really cool to use, and building it to begin with is fun too. It's probably quite difficult to find a brand new set nowadays though.
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Nintendo Music
11 points? I'll take it! I like bird-watching in real life, but evidently I need to do more during video games. When I have time, it's fun to wrack my brain and get creative with my game guesses. I was the Parodius guess for #25. @Mr_Horizon thank you for producing the quizzes!

Yeah, I won't be buying it anymore. Watching let's plays on Youtube was fun though.
I tried VR with the first Oculus Quest two years ago - it is just sitting in my cellar after the initial two months. Safe to say VR is cool but not for me.
Huh, I originally said Star Fox for #5, but changed it to F-Zero by my last submission. Oops! I also should have gotten #6…
Well, thanks for giving me #2 even though I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what Pokémon game it was.
I think you even lost a second point with that submission... I don't think it ever happened that someone made things so much worse for himself by updating their previous entry. ^^;
> I wonder if lifer would have found out if he were still active here!
Well, easy to say now, but that one I'd have known spontaneously. I tried all Labo kits including the different VR Kit parts.
Hey hey, look who is back. I was really curious about Labo too, but in the end decided against having these cardboard contraptions in my apartment - I bet I would have kept them forever.
There's only four more rounds of the quiz before it ends forever - I'll ping you for the last one, hoping you'll join one last time.
With some delay the new round starts - it's the fifth and last entry of the DOS Classics! For one last quiz you can put on those rose-tinted goggles and think back to the great PC gaming gems of the 80s and especially the 90s. Will these glasses also help you to recognise everything? We'll know at the end of the month.
MS-DOS WHAT NINTENDON'T!? This round unfortunately had a pretty humble start, few players (25) and low answer rates (no game reaches 80%). Oh oh!
But now there will be some clues, and as always I'll comment that it's also a chance to reach a top 20 place, at the moment you need... three points.
Here are the first clues:
1) Completely unintentional, but #2, #8 and #17 are all from Apogee & from the same year. 2) Number 3 is a submarine sim classic but still completely without polygons. 3) There are five classic RPGs in this round, e.g. #11, #16 and #20. 4) Game 6 was written by Roberta Williams.
Listen up everyone, the last weekend of the last MS-DOS round is on! Forty players are in so far, many of them with rather low scores... so this time you can easily get into the top 20 and make your forum proud.
Let's go, here are the second and final clues:
1) Number #1 shows the first part of a well-known racing game series, where you can also win a race by eliminating all opponents or running over all pedestrians. 2) Game #7 is the third part of a famous space series with a lot of gameplay freedom. 3) In #12 you plunge into air battles of the Second World War from the cockpit perspective. 4) Title #13 pits two groups of bugs against each other, the game was also ported to the Playstation in 97.
After today it's all over! Everything! No more DOS Classics! Ever! o_o
So I can only advise you to take part now, even if this is one of the hardest rounds of the year. Okay, the "Macromedia Flash" quiz had even lower answer rates, but in the current round not a single game reaches 80%... ouch! :/
There are over 80 players by now, three of them from here.
@Sisilly_G After four rounds on "DOS Classics" I did just run out of classics that everyone knows... I am sure you would have done better in the previous quizzes on that topic.
Do me a favor and join regardless? It's one of the last few quizzes I will post and I cheer for every new player.
Ok tried a few more, still not very good Not really a DOS person, but I have played number 1 and 4 Number one has the blood crack, unless it was just Europe with the green blood and zombies
