The Epic Battle Fantasy series are great mini RPGs, along side Phrozen Flame RPG 2 and the random gen dungeon game Crystal Story (now with Android and iOS ports!). There's also the MegaMan Next series, I only really recommend X Next Remix and Next Remix (which is getting more and more awesome every update). If you want good Smash clone there's SSF2, just bear with the idiotic char roster.
