anytime man. and the electrilizer and magmartizer or whateeevver it is, is obtained through getting bp in the battle area in kiloude citty. so i dont know if anyone is willy nilly going to give you a electrilizer. its like 36 bp or something and annoying as hell to obtain

anyone know how to get hatching o power. ive done all the looker missions and now ive heard its somewhere in luimose city
from what i know 2 requirement.
u need all previous o-power. if i recall correctly 16.
plus u need max style, which u can get by taking a taxi to Pokemon ball boutique[ the place that sells poke balls]
get 101 premier balls but get them one at a time.
then take a taxi to cafe introversion and u should see mr bonding there.

Here is a tip for everyone, though I'm sure I'm not the first one to think of it. Any time you use WonderTrade do it while you're in the Pokémon center on the island with Friend Safari. Then check the IVs of whatever you get in return. I got a 5 IV Eevie and Dratini this way.

I did it, it checks out. Doesn't have to be just premier balls.
