Topic: Would someone please help me?

Hello everyone. I’ve come over to the Switch from an Xbox and I’m really frustrated that I can’t create my online User ID. My switch doesn’t seem to give me an option?

I’ve checked Google on this and the information is outdated.

You first have to create a Nintendo Online account on the web first before you can set your Switch to connect to it. And you have to check the Nintendo FAQ on account creation depending on the Region your from to setup correctly.

I’ve been on the Nintendo Official web page and it doesn’t give me an option to add a User ID. Just a nickname and my real name etc… Out of curiosity, does anyone play Apex Legends and if so, did you have to setup an ID on Nintendo or did you use your EA ID/Name.

That might also require a Apex account to use as well. But that would be best answered by their contact us on their page to ask that as well.

I’ve tried Apex Legends and although I could get the Username I desire for the game using my EA account, i still don’t have a valid option to create a Nintendo ID for all of my games.
