@JayJ For one, I listed 6 out of your 32 threads, I’m not a mathematician, but I’m pretty sure 1/5 =/= 5/5. I get that they are different topics, but I believe that more than half of your threads are random things you could just talk about in the Chit-Chat Thread. I get that they are conversation starters, but that’s really all they are. People pay attention to it for a little while and move on.
(I’m not trying to judge you or say what you are doing is awful, I just believe some of the threads you make are unnecessary. I actually appreciate people trying to be active in this community, just a bit of criticism, it’s your call on how you want to take it.)
@GyroZeppeli You literally just described the nature of message forums, no topic is meant to last forever, you say what you want to say, get some thoughts/opinions/feedback from others and then we all move on with our lives. You are trying to take this whole thing way too seriously.

@JayJ I won’t go any further with this because I don’t want to anger anybody in a very pointless argument. You do what you want to do, I won’t try and stop you. This did stop my boredom for quite a bit, so I thank you for that. Have a good night.
The distribution method may have hurt Wii Sports Club's sales, but then again, Wii Fit U was released in a traditional way and that bombed (in comparison to the first two). In fact, all of Nintendo's casual mega-hits from that generation (Nintendogs, Brain Training, etc.) saw huge, unprecedented drops with their next generation sequels, so I'm not sure Wii Sports Club would ever have had much impact regardless. I think the ship had probably sailed by that point.
@JayJ Keyword future. By then the new console will be out. Or Goodwill will have opened in Australia. Whichever comes first. Have fun playing a game I already played 5 years ago. 😂
Own up to Joy-Con Drift, Nintendo. We all know it's your fault
@TheAwesomeBowser Yes, you do. I don’t think many people care that this is a port. For example, I have a friend that bought U and Deluxe because it was that fun for him. I could buy it on Wii U, but portability and the Luigi U bundle gives it value. I get you don’t want it, but you are not everyone.
@GyroZeppeli I also have the game for the Wii U, I gladly bought it again for the Switch because I wanted to have a portable 2D Mario on my Switch (it's a great portable platformer) and it's a great game.
@TheAwesomeBowser Funny thing is, New Super Mario Bros U for the Wii U is still selling for $60. You must not have much experience buying Nintendo games if you think they ever wind up in any bargain bins.
@GyroZeppeli "I could buy it on Wii U, but portability and the Luigi U bundle gives it value."
No, it does not. What gives a port/remake value is extra content. Example: Crash N.Sane Trilogy has the first 3 games remastered and 2 extra levels. Not only that, but it's constantly on sale. I nabbed my copy for $40AUD. NSMBUDX is a straight up port with nothing but a new character. It also removed the boost mode, even though Nintendo could've had a link mode where you can use one Switch for gameplay and the other for placing boost tiles.

@TheAwesomeBowser That’s your opinion. I don’t understand why you won’t accept a difference in beliefs between other people. @JayJ You’re just making me want it more . I’ve been meaning to get it, but my income relies solely on gift cards and holiday gifts (I don’t think I can apply for any job other than a concession stand at my age.)

@GyroZeppeli Like I said New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe is an especially great platformer for playing in portable mode. To me that has gotta be it's best selling point for anyone, especially for people who already had it on the Wii U.
