I’m surprised that the Burnout Paradise Remaster isn’t coming to Switch.
This is as low risk as it gets. However, I have noticed that a lot of the marketing surrounding this remaster is around 4K/60FPS for Pro/X1X.
EA must not think it’s worth putting on Switch. Would be interesting to see the FIFA18 numbers. Despite jumping by 500% in last weeks UK charts it was still behind the PS4 version.
However, I expect Fe to sell best on Switch.
I’ll get it on PS4, but it will be preowned. I ain’t giving EA any of my money.
@Therad I don't think so, it was initially released back in 2009 and the frostbite engine I think is for current generation of consoles. There is no reason this game could not have been ported onto the Switch.

Um, ask to change the picture of Advertise page here, please.
Just now, when i enter this website, i saw multiples of rated M horror game Adverts on Front page.
It was very disturbing.
@FragRed That's a shame. Looks like Fe might bomb all around then. @Therad I believe it's the same engine (RenderWare), which was used by some GameCube & Wii games. Also worth noting that this is a budget release, so I doubt they're going to put it on a new engine (£35 RRP).

@Octane@Anti-Matter you may well see ads for M rated games on the website, however, they should be acceptable for more or less all ages. For example, we're currently running ads for Bayonetta 2 which is a M / 18 rated game.
If you'd like to complain about a specific advert, please send a screenshot to us at [email protected] and explain a little as to why you don't feel it's appropriate. We can then pass that on to our ads teams who will investigate further.
@gcunit
No, but yes. It plays in English. And it does so by default without even changing any settings
Psalms 22:16 (1,000 yrs before Christ)
They pierced My hands and feet
Isaiah 53:5 (700 yrs before Christ)
He was pierced for our transgressions
Zachariah 12:10 (500 yrs before Christ)
They will look on Me whom they pierced
@Anti-Matter In about a week they'l probably cycle it out. They usually put up a new one every month, and then it'll probably be something like Scribblenauts or something.

Oh dear. It looks like Panic Button are getting swamped with requests to port games to the Switch! How dare they be so good at it!
Adam Creighton of Panic Button spoke to Gamasutra for an article about companies busy porting games to the system:
"You know that meme? With the dog? Drinking from a sprinkler? That’s me right now. And we might have some other titles for that platform, and maybe some other games for other platforms, in the works. In terms of volume, I’m in this amazing place where as a studio we get to choose how we want to grow, and with whom, and with what projects. My biggest challenge lately is not which projects do we pick to retarget to other platforms, but managing the other parts of our portfolio, picking the different projects that are exciting to different people in the studio, and being responsible about what I want to work on, versus what is best for the studio.
"The Switch release has been perfect. Actually it’s mentioned in almost all the port requests we receive. To keep up with this pace, we already have 12 kits at the office! Not yet the platform with the most kits, but definitely the fastest growing trend in our office. In the games we have published we’ve seen more sales on Switch than on PS4 and XBox One combined during the same period. Now every developer wants their game to be on the Switch."
If Panic Button are being swamped with requests to port other companies game's, it would be interesting to know which games they've had to turn down. By the sounds of it they are working on more than just Wolfenstein 2 but at the end of the day, they can only take on so much. We need another Panic Button or 2.
