Topic: Third Party Wired Controller

Anybody here buy a third party wired Switch pad by a company called Orb? I bought one as a fourth controller for friends to use when they came round for Mario Kart and Overcooked as it was the cheapest on the market. Yet I just can't get it to work. The red light comes on as if it connects. But just no response with games. I have a licensed Nintendo wired pad that works just fine as soon as it's plugged in. Am I missing something?

For some wired controllers, I think there's a setting to enable wired pro controller.
