Hi all,

I just noticed that my Switch have used 14Gb in Upload in the past 4 months. I've barely played MK8 online (on this Wifi) and I can't figure out why the Switch needed to send 14Gb worth of data to the Internet.

Anyone have any idea?

Nintendo is watching you.

The IR camera in the right Joy-Con is used to spy on us around the clock. Eccentric, unmarried, childless Nintendo staff use the barely discernable footage in lieu of finding gratification in a spouse, family, "love" doll or Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3.

"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"

Wow. That is pretty crazy.

Have you ever used a packet sniffer? I suggest trying one out like "Wireshark". That way you can analyze anything going through your network and maybe figure out what the Switch is up to.

@monnier Err, my Switch uses about 150MB per hour of ARMS in TOTAL. I can't begin to guess what it would be UPLOADING? Are you positive it's your Switch doing that? Could you be running an Online Minecraft server or something? Have you been uploading a lot of screenshots to Facebook etc?

Yes, the mac adress is from my Switch. I haven't uploaded a single image to facebook. Can I do that from my Switch?
