Topic: Sparks of Hope Missing Side Quests?

Beacon Beach is sat at 92%

Ive looked at the side quests online and see that there are a couple which arent on my log list.

But i have done all that is needed for this quest to open up.

Also quest Cannon ball is complete but not showing on my log.

odd. any others having this issue.
