Topic: Second parent on parental control

Hi there, I'm trying to view my children's play activity when they're with their mum. She's the admin and has shared the pincode with me. But I can't link the parental control app with the console.

Can anybody out there help me?

@wigglegiggle yeah, you need to sign into the Parental Control App with their mum's login details and the console should already be linked. It's a bit short-sighted by Nintendo that you can't have the parental controls linked to anyone in your Family group that is marked as a parent/guardian.
