If they make a sequel, they should add a ¨Rabbids 99¨ mode, like Tetris 99 and Super Mario Bros. 35. It would be a gigantic Versus mode with tons of players, where maybe you can collect special ¨Batte Coins¨ that you can use to get weapons only for that mode. Each player has low health, so you must collect health to survive. Or this ¨Rabbids 99¨ could be a standalone game. Who knows?
We need a Mario + Rabbids sequel! And an Odyssey one too!
The DLC is awesome! They changed up quite a lot to make it a fresh new experience, and it's also pretty meaty for the price. If you liked the main game, you will like the DLC!
Wouldn´t it be cool if you could make your own battle fields for Versus Mode in M+R? I´ve already been absentmindedly thinking of maps. It would be a great thing to add to the game and I´m sure there´d be tons of cool maps and battlefields.
If there was such a thing, these are the first ones I would make.
#1 Hiding Places: A map where there are many little areas surrounded by steel walls and a little area where you can attack people safely. They are hard to get to and are rewarding, but anyone can get inside if they try hard enough! Beware! Also, when ¨Showtime¨ starts, trampolines will open near the hiding places, allowing anyone to get in!
#2 Mount Crumpet: A mountain that you want to get up, as up there you have the advantage and damage boost. You´ve got to use Team Jumps to get up quickly, and there are many secret passageways and paths you can choose to get up.
Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddd.... that´s all of the ones I´ve thought of so far. Cool though. Right?

I recently completed the ice puzzle in world 2-3, the one where Rabbid Mario is frozen. I didn't figure out how to get his ice block over the red switch to unlock the area with the mushroom and I ended up just getting the block to Toad for the escort back.
Will I be able to get access to the mushroom later on or am I locked out of that area for the rest of the game?
@Snatcher Ah okay, that's good to know. I was just curious since apparently I could have gotten the gate open on the first go through of the world, if I had messed around with the puzzle some more with the skills I already had at that point.
I recently gave this game a second play through, but I didn't enjoy it much. I loved it the first time around, - I even 100%ed it, but this time it was only a chore. It made me realize how much they'll need to change things up for a sequel.
How were your experiences with the replay value of the game?
@dionysos283 same for me. It works for me to use characters I didnt use often during my first playthrough. In my memories is was also a lot harder than Im experiencing now. Overall, still a great game
@dionysos283
Yea, I went back to play it when I got the Donkey Kong stuff on sale like a year or so later. It was after I'd played Fire Emblem (which I know that's a lopsided comparison, but still), and it was still charming but just kind of paled in comparison. I think they can bump up some of the systems for a sequel and get more depth going on without alienating too many people.
@TheLightSpirit
It's a really fun romp for one time through. It's not a game I have any desire to 100%, but a great game that you beat and just kind of think, "That was fun. I'm glad I played it."
Started to play this game end of March, spent around 60 hours in it, still having the last secret chapter and the extra challenges to do.
I really like that game (as you can see in my avatar, Rabbid Luigi being my favourite character with his vampirisation charge), there is just one major flaw in it:
The tedious proceeding to get all in game collectibles. I've been through the first world at least 3 times and I still miss 4 treasures there, it's like searching the famous needle in a haystack.
@korosanbo It's been a while, since I played this game but I'll do my best.
Don't just rely on weapons. Do dashes when possible.
Upgrade Mario, his weapons do more damage than Rabbid Luigi.
Take out the Ziggies before focusing on the Pirabbid. It's a bit time-consuming but alive, they'll just be a thorn in your side.
Try and get far away from Pirabbid: his rockets do sizable damage (this may not always be possible as he has large movement and your weapons need to stay in range).
