On the 18th i ordered NES controller from the german site, and the same day they "held that amount", and also on the 19th they took the same amount again, meaning they charged me twice?
Have this happened to anyone els? i contacted the UK support in chat, and they can´t see anything wrong, so what should i do?
Contact your Financial institution and do a Chargeback but at the same time tell Nintendo Support that they will be getting a chargeback for failing to fix it.
The thing is, in Sweden we have "hard rules", regarding banks and chargebacks, basicly i have to wait 7 working days untill the payment either releases or take place, and THEN i can fill a chargeback, and even when i fill a chargeback its not sure that i will get money back = debit card, so they told me to contact Nintendo to solve this,
I´ve contacted the company that handle Swedish nintendo problems, and they can´t help me, they told me to contact german site, and the german site can´t speak English,
You will be fine. A hold can be placed on a card which automatically expires. The merchant can either convert the hold (which is what normally happens) or they re-run the charge. If they re-run the charge the hold will remain until it automatically expires. This is why you were told to wait 7 days as the hold will automatically expire - so they won't initiate a charge back until the hold expires or converts.
Ordered mine on the 14th, £56.81 taken from bank. Still not been sent, just discovered a new charge of £56.81 on my bank. 5 days before Christmas! £112 for NES controllers!
I spoke to them on live chat and all the dude would do is escalate it, which I probably won't hear back from until after Christmas or next year. Same goes for actually receiving my £112 NES controllers.
So glad the site didnt recognise my postcode, therefore couldn't pre-order them straight away. As I have lost interest in them now. And with all this mess, I'm all the happier sorry guys

I really hope this will release after 7 days, or els it will take some time to get the money back.
Well 7 days for me would be tomorrow, or midnight tonight. I'll post back at midnight if the first hold has been released, and my money given back to me. I doubt it will though.
Remember that it has to be 7 bank days (not including holidays), and please, i would be very thankful if you could get back to me here, so i know what to do also.
But this shouldn´t be a problem fo you since your from UK, and you can easily call them and sort this out, meanwhile i´m not that good in English, since English isn´t my main language, so i have to keep sending them mails and hoping someone aren´t stupid.
