I bought a nintendo switch a week ago, when turned on and try TLOZ, it began to download an update, almost when finished, the screen was stuck a moment and suddenly showed an orange screen. I had to press the power button to turn it off completely, when turning on the console again everything was normal.
4 days later, I turned on the console and left it charging in standby mode. I went to do some things while reaching 100%, when I take it again the screen takes a little time to turn on and shows the orange screen again. Again I had to press the power button to force the shutdown, to turn it on again everything returned to normal.
As I read in some places, the problem may be with the Internet connection when trying to connect to the nintendo eShop (which interestingly, its main tones are oranges). For the first time that happened to me that made sense to me, since in my room, sometimes the WiFi conection is not very good, but I do not know if the second occasion is for that reason.
Has anyone else happened to you? If so, what did they do? Did they come back to the console? Did they keep it in spite of the problem? Did not it happen again?
I would like to read more cases like this one.
