@Monachos I always enjoy suggesting Warframe. It's a third person shooter, instanced action/rpg. You collect characters called "frames" who each have their own abilities (like Pokemon, gotta catch'em all) as well as hundreds of weapons to mess around with. While not an mmo in the traditional sense, you can squad up with three other people, so it's an m-o--rpg.

I like games where i Can collect a resource and many items wepons armors . And kill another players . When they die a collect hes wepons armors . Or i die i lose all . LVL up my character get stronger . Like survival game. But i want where Play many people .

Hi there. Newbie 2 cents. There are online games on the Switch where you can level up your character and collect weapons. Have you checked out "Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate"? It's a great game for leveling up your character and collecting weapons. Another game to check out is "Diablo III". It's a classic game that you might have played on PC, but it's also available on the Switch and it's a lot of fun. Oh, and speaking of collecting weapons, have you ever played Spades ( https://worldofcardgames.com/spades )? It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it's a great classic card game that's perfect for playing with friends. Anyway, I hope this helps! Let us know what you end up playing.
It is PvE (not PvP) but ticks a lot of your boxes. You play online alongside other hunters (max team of 4, including yourself) and upon killing the monster you harvest various parts to upgrade weapon and armor trees. Incredibly diverse weapon range, and multiple ways to play each weapon.
Online matchmaking is good on Switch, little lag and I have never struggled to get a match
