I am about to splash out on Animal Crossing New Horizons. My son has a switch, my daughter has a switch lite. The game is really for me and my daughter to play. Therefore I want to create an island on switch lite, and an island on the switch. However, my daughter will no doubt want to give the game a go on the TV. All of the articles say one island per switch. But can I temporarily transfer her game data to the normal switch and back again? In theory this is supposed to be possible, but would mean there are two islands allocated to one switch.
Help please anyone who has tried this!!!
thanks
Chris
@chrislong170273 You can't transfer a single game's data... Currently, I'm lacking the mental bandwidth at the to explain the Switch system & why. Rather than leave you hanging, I can possibly help get you to an answer, if no one else steps up to help you specifically for this Animal Crossing scnenario. Below is a link to a page where I've gathered about 14 links to Nintendo directions for commonly asked questions regarding console setup, having more than once console, and game sharing - three or more of the links address multiple consoles & game sharing.
