Topic: Not formatting my Microsd card?

My 64gb Microsdxc UHS-1 card has some stuff on it so I put it in my switch. It asked me to format it so I did so, but then It restarted the switch. and when it turned on it asked me to format the card again. I did so and rinse and repeat. after about 50 times I was pissed for spending top dollar on a MicroSD card for nothing. Does anyone have a fix for that?

If you have a laptop that takes full sized SD cards, find an adaptor, put it in there and try formatting from a laptop/PC.

Switch may ask you to do it again, but should be the last time.

Use the MicroSD adapter and see if your computer can see it. That will determine if it is good or not. If it can't read it either on the computer that means it is no good anymore.

Did you update the system? When I inserted my sdxc card, it said I needed to update my system first. Otherwise you may just have a corrupted sdxc card.
