So i had this idea. Its a Virtual Reality Headset with no cables or wiring or anything, just a plastic case. The VR plastic case has a little slot in the front where you can put the Nintendo Switch Screen into and then boom, Nintendo switch headset.

And then boom huge screendoor effect, no internal gyro, heavy weight on your nose and cheeks...
It wasn't made for VR maybe an upgraded version with more RAM, internal gyro, at LEAST 2k screen resolution and lighter body
I love VR but it's obviously not happening to this Switch model

Are you seriously suggesting the Switch screen used for VR? The screen resolution is far too low, for each eye it would be terrible. The screen door effect would be horrible, but if you don’t mind ruining your eyes then ok. If you’ve never use a VR headset then I can understand not knowing any better, but if you have then you’d know it’s a bad idea. I have a Vive headset on PC, I wouldn’t want to go lower than that.
Maybe next gen. I think F-Zero would make a perfect VR racer.
With high speed, 60 fps, and loopings and screwdrivers it would be such an immersive experience that is going to showcase VR perfectly.
Especially when a 30-player online Death Race is included.
As others have said there are technical issues that would make a Switch VR headset difficult, but I think Arms is a game that could be quite well-suited to VR. It would be first-person of course, but otherwise they could keep the gameplay largely the same (obviously with new features and such, not just a VR version of the exact same game).
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Switch Online
