I bought my switch once it was released but i never really played it much. Over spring break, this week, I was playing it a bit more. I never used the dock, because I heard it was scratching some peoples' screens. so I been playing in handheld mode mostly. my switch said it had low battery so naturally, I put it on the charger. this was the first time I had used the charger by the way.... I put it in and it didn't say it was charging or anything. i left it on overnight and it was still at low battery. so I thought maybe I put it in backwards. so I flipped it and left it in a couple more hours. still, low battery. any recommendations?

I allways assumed the controllers could only be charged when docked.

were you slotting it in fully so the green light came up? do you leave it on (sleep mode)?

everyone needs to relax and enjoy the games that are released today and stop worrying what Nintendo will do in a year or two from now.

Well... that charger doesn't work either now... should I return my switch and get a new one? Also. It's the console not charging. The controllers are fine

@Beezyro Ok if its charging the controllers but not the switch i would definitely send it in or at least ask the customer service.
