Hi I have a Nintendo Switch that seems to have an error. I can't describe it but I've uploaded it to youtube here;

The image is suggesting I need to connect joycons to it, but even when I connect working joycons to it, nothing changes. I'm assuming it's simply no longer recognising joycons so it just continues to tell me to connect joycons to it.
If the switch isn't new, I may have seen someone here say cleaning the contacts in the rail of the switch tablet. I believe they had some dust buildup or something on the contact. This may be a longshot.
