I live in dorm so i use connectify to share wifi with my switch.
I can find the wifi by my iphone but my switch cannot.
Some say switch can only search WPA2-PSK (AES) but connectify claim that the software are using WPA2-PSK automatically.
Also, sometimes my switch will stuck in searching for network for a long time.
About 3-5minutes. Then i can choose wifi network.
@zakeruga Is it your router you are using or the school's? Some schools have security software limiting the devices that can connect.
Unless by find you mean the signal isn't even showing up when you try to connect?
If that is the case:
1. Are you close to the router?
2. Can you connect other devices to the router?
3. Can you see any other wi-fi signals with your Switch?

@Heavyarms55 I can connect to it with the first time I using connectify hotspot. But i cannot find it anymore now.
It is okay to connect it with my iphone.
I can see other wifi signals
Have you tried connecting without Connectify?
Also, if you know how to, changing the IP address worked for me. Change it to: 8.8.8.8 on the top and 8.8.4.4 on the bottom.
I hope I can help!
